No man is an island and no one succeeds alone. Community enriches our lives, our ability to learn, our ability to perform, and our sense of fulfillment in our achievements. CBWX focuses on maintaining a sustainable, mutually supportive, vibrant community that helps those we support while they work with us and continues to support them after they graduate to jobs and community service positions. The connections clients form with instructors, counselors, and others in the program endure and strengthen because they are firmly focused on setting meaningful goals and acquiring the skills required to reach them.

Our team provides training and wholistic education to those who participate in our programs so they can achieve independence through employment, community service, or appropriately tailored daily activities. Our programs ensure our consumers have a chance to pursue their interests and establish their independence. We prepare people for job interviews, teach them fundamental workplace operations, train on necessary job and community service tasks, and more. Our individualized attention, analysis, and training empower our clients to thrive.

The CBWX team focusses on the unique skills, capacities, and interests of those we serve, while understanding the unique challenges they may also face. Our pre-employment training, job readiness, employment services and community integration required to ensure our clients reach their objectives. Everyone deserves an inclusive social life and the joy of enriching employment and/or community service. Our intake process begins with assessments designed to help us identify the unique strengths and challenges each client brings to the table and the goals they want to purse. Then we move forward on helping our client get where they want to go.
